Browsing events

You can browse events without an account or joining a community. Registration links open the organiser’s original website, whose privacy terms apply. Telegram opens only when you choose a Web3 Adda community link.

When you send an enquiry

We collect your name, email, optional project name, the help you need, your timeline, optional context, and your explicit consent. We also record a submission ID, submission and consent timestamps, the consent wording and version, a source label, your landing page path, and any supplied allowlisted UTM campaign fields.

Please do not send passports, bank details, company documents or wallet information through this form.

Where the information goes

Your enquiry is stored in a separate private Google Sheet controlled by Web3 Adda. It is not written to the events sheet or made available through a public data endpoint. Authorised Web3 Adda operators review it to follow up and may share it with Stablecorp only for this enquiry, as described in the checkbox you agree to.

The form does not automatically send emails, forward your details to Stablecorp, subscribe you to a newsletter, or add you to Telegram. Netlify hosts the website and processes requests; Google stores the enquiry records. Their services may process information outside your country.

Security and abuse prevention

We use a short-lived signed form token, duplicate-request records, and keyed, non-readable network identifiers to limit repeat submissions. Raw network addresses are not stored in the enquiry Sheet. Our application does not log the form contents. Hosting providers may separately process request metadata under their own security and retention practices.

Cookies and measurement

No paid analytics service, advertising pixels or analytics cookies are installed. The site provides optional technical hooks for registration clicks, Telegram clicks, incorporation clicks and saved enquiries. These hooks contain no names, emails, form contents or campaign values, and do not send data to an analytics service in this implementation.

Your browser’s session storage may keep allowlisted UTM campaign values, the landing path, and an opaque unfinished-enquiry session until the tab session ends. The unfinished session helps avoid duplicate submissions after a reload and is removed when a save is confirmed. Form contents are not saved there. A click is not a confirmed Telegram join; an enquiry is not a sale.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry records remain in Web3 Adda’s private Sheet until its operators remove them. There is no automatic expiry of enquiry records. You can ask for access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for further contact and sharing. Withdrawal does not undo processing that has already happened.

Contact a Web3 Adda administrator through the Web3 Adda Telegram community (opens in a new tab) to arrange a private privacy request. Please do not post your enquiry or personal details in the group.
